How we can help
Disassembly, reassembly, and trim seat, seal, and packing alterations
We offer in house modifications on the valves we supply so our clients get the valve for their service. Our staff performs complete disassembly and reassembly for trim changes, as well as non-destructive examination or internal coatings required.
Modifications include:
– API 600 Trim alterations
– SEATS: Teflon, Devlon, Nylon, Peek
– SEALS: Kalrez, HNBR, Viton, Aflas
– PACKING: PTFE, Graphite
– Socket welding and RTJ/RF end modifications
– End connection changes
– Internal and/or External Coating
Pressure Testing Services
From the largest to the smallest valves, IFC is well equipped for pressure testing. We can hydro-pressure-test up to 36″ and up to a maximum of 15,000 psi. Our capabilities include:
– Pressure testing from ¼” to 36″
– Chart recording
– Low-pressure air testing
– Testing to API 598 and API 6D standards
– Extended-duration pressure testing
– CSA Z245.15 testing
Aside from the specifications listed, we can also meet any other requirements upon request.
Drain Connections
Our in-house machining capabilities are quite complex, but our staff have mastered efficient processes ensuring high-quality work in the shortest possible time. We offer an industry-leading turnaround time and can install or match any configuration of liquid relief kit and drain assembly.
All work is completed in accordance with MSS SP-45.
Liquid Relief Kit (LRK)
IFC is certified to perform external ported pressure relief for liquid service. We only use the highest quality product lines, and our staff is trained and certified by the tubing manufacturer. We offer several configurations to meet our customers project needs.
